RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations are essential and can be made up to 1 month in advance. Full payment of the food menu is required at the time of booking, and is not refundable. In the event of a no-show or reduction in the number of guests, the food menu payment is not partially refundable and cannot be used for beverages and merchandise.

Gift Vouchers can only be accepted with a confirmed reservation at Carte, subject to availability. Our gift vouchers are valid for the calendar year 2023. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The vouchers are valid for one use only, and must be claimed in a single reservation. In the event of a no show, the voucher would be forfeited and will not be redeemable again.

We are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age at the restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not offer refunds. If you need to change the reservation to a different date, we require a written notice sent to [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to your booking. We will issue you a credit note to be used within 12 months of the original booking. Cancellations made within the 72-hour period will incur the food menu payment per person.

Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of your booking or at least 48 hours prior to your visit. As a very small team, we cannot accommodate no seafood diets, full vegetarian/vegan diets and a combination of allergies/dietary restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.

Dress Code

We encourage our guests to dress smart casual or appropriate attire for visiting our elegant restaurant. Please avoid wearing beachwear, sportswear, sleeveless shirts, and flip flops.

Late Arrivals

Please let us know if you are late for your reservation, we may need to serve a reduced menu for arrivals more than 15 minutes late.

Corkage Policy

BYO is NOT offered at our venue as we are fully licensed.

COVID 19

For unforeseen circumstances when the restaurant is closed due to COVID 19 restrictions, we will provide you a credit note for the total amount paid, which can be redeemed within 12 months of your original booking.

Sunday/Holiday Reservation Surcharge

Bookings that fall on a Sunday or public holiday will incur a surcharge of 10% that will apply to all food and beverage prices.
